Initiate Your Request
Log into your GeekShare account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned device at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
